Information We Collect from You
We value your trust in providing us with your personal information. ENJOY GM ("EGM") does not share, disclose, or sell any personally identifiable information collected online on the ENJOY GM website (such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address) with other unaffiliated companies or organizations. ENJOY GM uses this information for marketing purposes. Because this information is an important part of our business, it will be treated like our other assets in the event of a merger, sale, or other corporate reorganization or legal proceeding.
By using our Services (as defined in our Terms of Use), you acknowledge and agree that you are subject to the practices, requirements, and/or policies described below, and you hereby consent to our collection, use, disclosure, and/or processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not consent to the processing of your personal data, you may not use our Services or fully access our Platform (as defined in our Terms of Use).
Why We Collect Your Data
ENJOY GM collects your data for the following purposes:
1. To perform our agreement with you, to provide and deliver relevant content and services;
2. To comply with any legal obligations we may be subject to; and/or
3. Where you have provided your consent.
We are committed to the privacy of children.
Protecting the privacy of young children is particularly important. ENJOY GM does not market to or knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 on any of our websites. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information. If the personal data of a child under the age of 13 in your care is disclosed to ENJOY GM, you hereby consent to the processing of that child's personal data and accept and agree to be bound by this Policy on that child's behalf.
When may we collect your personal information?
We may collect personal information directly from you when you:

3. communicate with us (including but not limited to contacting you via our online customer service chat, mail, fax, telephone (which may be recorded), face-to-face meetings, social media platforms, email, etc.);

6. enter or participate in any contest, competition, or loyalty program hosted/organized by ENJOY GM;
7. register interest and/or request information (through our online portal or other available channels) or subscribe to our products and/or services;

11. provide us with feedback in any way; and/or
12. submit your personal data to us for any reason. In addition to the personal information we obtain directly from you (as described above), we may also obtain your personal information from third parties with whom we do business or have relationships (such as credit reference agencies or financial institutions) and other sources you provide, where you consent to the disclosure of information about you, and/or as otherwise permitted by law.
How do we collect your personal information?
ENJOY GM collects information online by asking you, for example, when you order services, apply for a job, or respond to a survey, offer, or other promotion. Our customer's name, address (mailing and email), and phone number are the most important information, but we may request additional information depending on the circumstances, such as the service being ordered or promoted.
Content: You may also provide us with information in content you post to the Site. Your content (such as comments, photos, and videos), as well as metadata about your content, will be viewed by other users. ENJOY GM may, but is not obligated to, monitor the content you post on the Site. We may remove any information you post for any or no reason.
Payment Methods: Depending on the payment method you choose when you visit, purchase, or subscribe to one of our products or services, you will also be asked to submit personal information. For example, if you choose to pay for a product/service by credit card, you will be asked to provide us with the name of your credit card issuer, credit card number, billing address, CVV number, and expiration date.
Log Files: When you use the Site, our servers automatically record certain information sent by your web browser. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Site, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, mobile carrier, and other such information.
Geolocation Information: When you use the Site via a mobile device, we may access, collect, monitor, and/or remotely store "location data," which may include GPS coordinates (e.g., latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device.
Device: When you use enjoygm.com, we may collect information about your device, such as device type, device hardware information, operating system type and version, device time and time zone, and other necessary information.
Third-Party Tools: ENJOY GM uses third-party analytics tools to help understand how the Site is used. Many of these tools collect information that your browser sends as part of a web page request, including cookies and your IP address. These analytics tools also receive this information, and their use of this information is governed by their privacy policies.
Other data you explicitly submit: We may collect this information from you when you post, comment, or follow any of our content and services, send us messages through our built-in online chat system, provide us with any requests or support requests regarding our products and services, or participate in our contests, competitions, and tournaments.

Payment data. If you make a purchase, we may collect data necessary to process your payment, such as your payment instrument number and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by the applicable payment channel partner.
Social media login data. We may offer you the option to register using your existing social media account details (e.g., your Facebook, Twitter, or other social media account). If you choose to register in this way, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider in question, but typically includes your name, email address, friend list, profile picture, and other information you choose to make public on such social media platform.

Processing and/or facilitating asset sale transactions or potential asset sale transactions involving ENJOY GM as a participant or an affiliate or subsidiary of ENJOY GM as a participant, and possibly other third-party organizations in such transactions. An "asset sale transaction" is a purchase, sale, lease, merger, consolidation, or any other acquisition, disposal, or financing of an organization or a portion of an organization or any of its operations or assets.
Necessary for the detection, investigation, and prevention of fraud, cheating, and other violations of law. This data is used only for the purpose of detecting, investigating, preventing, and, where applicable, taking action regarding such violations, and is stored for the period necessary for such purposes. If such data indicates an indication of a violation, we will store such data as necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Any other purpose we notify you of when we obtain your consent.
If at any time you feel the need to opt out of future communications from ENJOY GM, you will be provided with the option to exclude those communications.

How long do we store your data?
We will retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and processed, or for a longer period if legally required by any applicable legislation.
If you terminate your account with us, all personal data will be deleted, unless required by legal process or for any other legitimate reason ENJOY GM deems necessary. If you withdraw your consent to process your child's personal data, we will delete the personal data promptly based on your consent. If you object to the processing of your personal data, we will delete your data within a reasonable period of time, unless we are required by law to retain it.
Our Requirements of You
We require you to provide us with accurate and complete information about yourself and any other persons about whom you have provided personal information, and to contact us to update any information that is inaccurate or out of date. This obligation is a condition of providing our products and/or services to you and/or where you or your organization/company authorizes or permits us to do so.
