The first phase banners for version Update 3.2 of Wuthering Waves will last for 21 days from the start of the version update patch until April 9th, 2026. The first phase banners will feature the brand new 5-star Aero Resonator Sigrika and the returning 5-star Aero Resonator Qiuyuan, alongside their signature weapons.

Sigrika is a 5-star Resonator of the Aero Element. She uses gauntlets as her main weapons and specializes in dealing Echoes Skill Damage to massive groups of enemies while also crowd controlling them, making her a very powerful Echo Skill Damage Main DPS character.

Wuthering Waves Sigrika

Sigrika’s main gameplay revolves around her special Runes, which is divided into 2 different types: Rune: Trust, which she can gain from performing her Basic Attack combo strings, or Rune: Answer, which she can gain by using Resonance Skill on enemies. Once she has at least 2 Runes, she can consume the Runes to trigger her Heavy Attack, dealing massive amounts of Echoes Skill Damage to enemies, with the Heavy Attack being further enhanced based on the types of Runes Sigrika consumed. This makes her an amazingly versatile Echoes Skill Damage DPS character with powerful damage output and easy to use gameplay.

While Sigrika’s gameplay and damage output borderlines the best overall main DPS character in the game, the fact that she deals Echoes Skill Damage makes it very difficult to make her work if you don’t have a dedicated build and team made for her. Additionally, since stats in the game don’t boost the damage output for Echoes Skill Damage, it makes building her very awkward in general. Therefore, unless players can missing a good Main DPS character and already has her partners to make a proper team, Sigrika’s pull value is not as high as other characters.

Qiuyuan is a 5-star Aero Element Resonator that wields a sword as his main weapon type. He specializes in quickly taking the field to deal Aero Echoes Skill damage to enemies then swap off the field to provide powerful Echoes Skill damage buff to the next Resonator.

Wuthering Waves Qiuyuan

Qiuyuan’s skill kit is relatively simple in nature. Upon taking the field, Qiuyuan will have 3 special charges of his Forte Gauge, which can be spent by holding his Normal attacks to use his Heavy attacks, dealing AoE Echoes Skill Damage to enemies and quickly fill his Resonance Liberation and Concerto Energy. Once used up, Qiuyuan can use his Resonance Liberation to buff the entire team’s Critical Damage and then switch off to grant the incoming Resonantor an Aero and Echo Skill Damage buff.

Qiuyuan serves as an amazing generic enabler for Echoes Skill Damage teams with his amazing Echoes Skill Damage buff and Critical damage buff. However, outside of this, he is relatively weak when compared to other sub DPS support characters and is relatively difficult to play, so only roll for him if you intend on investing in an Echoes Skill Damage team.

Wuthering Waves Sigrika Weapon

Effect: Increases ATK by 12%. Casting Intro Skill or Echo Skill grants 32% Echo Skill DMG Amplification for 15s. When dealing Echo Skill DMG, Aero DMG ignores 10% of the target’s DEF for 6s.

Solsworn Ciphers offers Sigrika an amazing boost in Echoes Skill Damage and offensive stats and the ability to ignore a portion of the enemies’ defenses whenever she deals Echoes Skill Damage, optimizing her overall damage output as a main DPS character.

For others, this weapon only serves as an offensive stat stick and does not do much.

Wuthering Waves Qiuyuan Weapon

Effect: ATK is increased by 12%. Casting Echo Skill within 10s after casting Intro Skill or Basic Attack grants 1 stack of Bamboo Cleaver, which grants 30% Heavy ATK DMG Bonus to the wielder. This effect can be triggered by Echoes of the same name once, stacking up to 2 times, lasting for 12s.

Qiuyuan’s weapon helps to optimize his overall damage output by boosting his Heavy Attack damage.

For other characters, it can be used by other Resonators that deals Heavy Attack damage as their main source of damage output. Otherwise, it is not worth getting for other Resonators.

The second phase rate up banners for Wuthering Waves version 3.2 starts right after the first phase ends and will last until the end of the patch, lasting for 21 days. The 2nd phase banners will feature the return of the 5-star Spectro Resonator Lynae, the 5-star Spectro Resonator Zani and the 5-star Spectro Resonator Phoebe, alongside their signature weapons.

Lynae is a 5-star Resonator of the Spectro Elements that wields pistols as her main weapons. She specializes in using different kinds of light-alterating paints and graffiti to deal Spectro damage to enemies and take advantage of the Off-tune mechanics.

Wuthering Waves Lynae

Lynae is a very unique Resonator in that she can change her Stance to serve as either a Sub DPS character that can inflict various debuffs on enemies or provide powerful buffs to the team when she inflicts the Tune Break effect on enemies depending on her stance. Changing Lynae’s stance doesn’t change her overall gameplay rotation, however, it will change her skill effects depending on which stance you choose.

Lynae’s gameplay revolves around dealing constant Spectro damage to enemies on the field by bombarding them with paints using her quick attacks. Additionally, thanks to her strong basic attacks that can quickly reduce the enemies’ Off-tune Bar, she can quickly trigger the Tune Break effect and provide the team with various effects, allowing Tune Break DPS characters that take advantage of the enemies’ Tune Break state to deal better damage to enemies.

Lynae is one of the game’s best enabler for various different Tune-centric team comps thanks to her amazing buffs and quick to execute playstyle, allowing her to swap in and out of the field quickly while still dealing amazing damage to enemies and provide massively beneficial buffs to allies once she leaves the field.

She is an important enabler character for various Tune-based team comp, so if you intend on investing on making a Tune-based team, getting Lynae is highly recommended.

Zani is a 5-star Resonator of the Spectro Element that uses gauntlets as her main weapon type. She specializes in countering enemies’ attacks with devastating heavy attacks of her own and inflicting enemies with Spectro Frazzle. Her main damage gimmick lies in her powerful Resonance Liberation form, helping her to decimate enemies with her enhanced heavy attacks.

Wuthering Waves Zani

Zani serves mainly as the Spectro Frazzle team’s main DPS character, with her skill kit revolving mainly around gaining her special gauge whenever Spectro Frazzle is inflicted into enemies. When her Forte Gauge is maxed, Zani can enter her Resonance Liberation form with the duration of the form being heavily dependent on her special gauge. In this form, Zani can deal massive amounts of Spectro damage to enemies and deal even more damage if they are under Spectro Frazzle. Once she have accumulated enough gauge by attacking enemies in her Liberation Form, she can unleash a powerful instance of Spectro damage, decimating enemies and exiting her form.

While Zani is a very strong Main DPS character of the Spectro team, she is heavily dependent on the team being able to apply Spectro Frazzle on the enemies to optimize her damage output. Therefore, if players intend to make a Spectro Frazzle team, getting Zani is highly recommended as long as you have her needed partners to go alongside her.

Making her return in version 3.2 alongside Chisa, Phoebe is a 5-star Resonator of the Spectro element that wields a Rectifier as her main weapon type. Her versatile skill kit allows her to serve as both the main DPS and the Sub-DPS Support for the Spectro Frazzle team, one of the Spectro element’s best teams.

Wuthering Waves Phoebe

Phoebe’s skill kit focuses around her using her basic attack to string into her Heavy Attack combo, allowing her to deal Spectro damage to enemies and gain special effects depending on her special modes. While in Absolution Mode, Phoebe serves as the Spectro Frazzle team’s main DPS option , dealing more Spectro damage with her heavy attacks against Spectro Frazzle-inflicted enemies. While in Confession Mode, Phoebe serves as the Spectro Frazzle team’s support, with her heavy attacks and abilities inflicting massive amounts of Spectro Frazzle stacks on enemies, allowing other main DPS options to take full advantage.

Depending on which mode you want to focus on and which team you run her with, learning to use either of Phoebe’s modes is very important and makes her an irreplaceable spot in Spectro Frazzle team comp if you want to build the team.

Phoebe excels greatly when you can manage to form a Spectro Frazzle team comp for her entire skill kit to have a chance to shine and is an essential part for such a team. However, in general content outside of that, Phoebe’s overall damage output suffers without proper teammates, so players should consider when pulling for her if you don’t have her best teammates.

Additionally, rumors have it that one of the collaboration units coming up in Wuthering Waves will be Spectro Frazzle centric, so players should also take this into account.

Wuthering Waves Lynae Weapon

Effect: Increases ATK by 12%. Casting Intro Skill or dealing Basic Attack DMG to targets increases the wielder’s Basic Attack DMG Bonus by 36% for 4s. Each time the wielder inflicts Tune Rupture – Shifting or Tune Strain – Shifting during Basic Attacks, all DMG dealt by Resonators in the team is increased by 8% for 30s, up to 3 stacks. Effects of the same name cannot be stacked.

An incredibly strong signature weapon for Lynae that helps provide her powerful basic attack buffs to boost her damage to the maximum in addition to allowing her to grant a damage buff to allies when she inflicts Tune Break Effects on enemies.

For others, it serves as a decent stat stick weapon that provides attack and critical rate stats.

Wuthering Waves Zani Weapon

Effect: Increases ATK by 12%. Casting Basic Attack grants the following effects: Dealing damage ignores 8% of the target’s DEF and amplifies Spectro Frazzle DMG dealt by 50% for 6s. Retriggering the effect resets its duration.

Zani’s signature weapon helps massively boost her damage output by allowing her to ignore a portion of the enemies’ defenses while attacking in addition to helping to boost her offensive stats massively. Crucial to maximize Zani’s damage output.

For other characters, due to the high offensive stats and the easy to trigger passive, this weapon is decently valuable for players to roll for outside of using it on Zani.

Effect: Increase ATK by 12%. Dealing DMG to enemies with Spectro Frazzle gives 14% Basic Attack and 14% Heavy Attack DMG Bonus respectively, stacking up to 3 times for 6s. Casting Outro Skill Amplifies the DMG from Spectro Frazzle on enemies around the active Resonator by 30% for 30s. Effects of the same name cannot be stacked.

Wuthering Waves Phoebe Weapon

For Phoebe, this weapon offers a good amount of stats and damage boosting abilities whenever she attacks enemies inflicted with Spectro Frazzle, allowing her to maximize her damage output. The secondary passive also maximizes her sub DPS support ability by amplifying the damage taken by Spectro Frazzle inflicted enemies for the next Resonator.

For others, this weapon is nothing more than a stat stick as there’s no other Rectify users that can make use of the weapon’s passive aside from Phoebe.

And with that, we have gone over all of the banners that will be rated up during Wuthering Waves version 3.2 update. What do you think? Are you excited to roll on these banners for the characters and weapons? If you are, don’t miss the chance to get amazing discounts when topping up in Wuthering Waves with the help of Enjoygm!
