With Chaos Zero Nightmare holding its first ever event patch, players will have the chance to roll for a brand new character – Yuki. In this guide, we will show players how they can build the best deck for Yuki in Chaos Zero Nightmare to maximize her potential.

Chaos Zero Nightmare Yuki

Yuki is a 5-star Order Striker character that specializes in dealing AoE and clearing waves of enemies. She serves as the main or sub DPS of a team to clear low HP mob enemies and deal decent damage to boss enemies and help less the team’s load.

Yuki’s main gimmick revolves around the special Inspiration effect, which is present on a lot of her important Attack Cards.

Chaos Zero Nightmare Yuki

Inspiration is an effect that activates when the card is drawn from the draw deck by an ability of another card and grants additional effects for the card such as added hit amount, increase card’s damage, etc.

Yuki’s playstyle revolves around using as many card draw abilities as possible from other members of the team to draw Yuki’s attack cards and activate their Inspiration effect to let her deal more damage. Yuki herself has several ways to activate the Inspiration Card effects on her card, however, players will need to activate specific Epiphanies to make use of this effect.

When using Yuki, the most important thing players need to be wary of is drawing Yuki’s cards at the start of the turn naturally, as the cards drawn at the start of the turn don’t activate Inspiration. Card shuffle, card draw and low card deck number is your best friend when playing Yuki.

Here are an analysis of all of Yuki’s cards and their most important Epiphanies:

For F2P options, players should use these as Yuki’s Partners:

Bullet Of Order
4-pc: When Attack Cards are used, increase Damage Amount of Order cards by 10% for 1 turn (max 2 times)
Explanation: With how often Yuki wants to use her Attack Cards in a turn, this set allows her to boost her damage output immensely within a single turn.
Black Wing
2-pc: Attack +12%
Explanation: As Yuki’s potentially want her to have as much attack stat as possible, using this set will help lessen the stat burden while also boosting Yuki’s overall damage output

As a main DPS, Yuki wants as many offensive stats as possible, with a heavy emphasis on Attack%, Critical Rate and Critical Damage%.

PieceMain Stats
IdealCrit Rate% or Crit Damage%
DesireOrder Damage% or Atk%
ImaginationAtk%
PrioritySub Stats
1stAtk%
2ndCritical Damage
3rdCritical Rate

Important Stat Threshold:

– Yuki wants at least 900 Attack to fulfill her Potential effect requirements, so players should use that as a target to aim for with her Attack stat.

– Invest in Yuki’s critical chance as much as possible to maximize her damage potential.

As a main DPS character that wants as much Card draws as possible to activate her Inspiration Effect, Yuki goes well alongside characters that have cards that can either shuffle the deck or draw cards as much as possible.

Some of Yuki best teams are:

YukiVeronicaNia
Main DPSSub DPS/ SupportSupport

This team utilizes Veronica’s card that can draw 2 cards from other allies to help draw Yuki’s cards while also allowing Veronica herself to deal damage to enemies as a single target sub DPS. Nia serves as the team’s support option thanks to her immensely powerful skill kit that lets you draw cards, discard cards and shuffle the deck while healing the team. Players should focus on a draw card build for both Veronica and Nia when running in this Yuki team. Veronica can be replaced with Renoa if you have a good card draw deck built for Renoa.

YukiCassiusNia
Main DPSSupportSupport

This team’s damage completely relies on Yuki by sacrificing the sub DPS slot in favor of both Cassius and Nia, both supporters with immense card draw and shuffle potential to draw out as many of Yuki’s cards in every single turn. This team might lack damage but is a good consistent long term team with a decent amount of healing.
