After the game’s amazing Thank You Celebration alongside the release of special Limited characters, during the month of November, Arknights is holding another one of its very important side story event – Act or Die and the release of one of the best characters in the game – the 6-star Supporter Operator Tragodia. In this guide, we will go over everything players need to know about the Arknights Event Act or Die and advise players on if they should roll for the brand new rate up operator Tragodia.

Taking place right after the Arknights Thank You Celebration event, the special Act or Die Side Story event is one of Arknights major Side Story Events, featuring brand new stages, enemies, mechanics and a lot of important lore for players to chew on. This event features the story of the fate of the Crimson Troupe after Integrated Strategies 2 and revolves around the Operator Phantom, now with a changed codename of Tragodia.

Arknights Act Or Die

The Act Or Die Side Story Event is similar to other major Side Story events in Arknights, lasting for a total of 2 weeks from the middle of November 2025 until the end of November 2025.

Arknights Act Or Die 2

The event is divided mainly into 2 parts, with the second part being released on the 2nd week of the event. The first part of the event is the story and main story stages, where players can clear and run the stages to farm special operators upgrading materials at an increased drop rate. The 2nd part of the event is the challenge stages where players can clear each of the challenge stages once to obtain special Originiums from the first clear rewards and then challenge these stages at a higher difficulty to gain even more Originiums.

The Act Or Die Side Story Event Stages mechanics revolves around filming and cameras, with different effects applied to your on field operator depending if they are on the spot light or not and enemies that will have different interactions with the stage’s Camera gimmick.

Arknights Act Or Die Stage

The main gimmick of the stage revolves around the camera that is stationed around the map. When deploying operators on the surrounding 4 titles of the camera, you can direct the camera to point in a set direction and deploy a filming area. Within this filming area, enemies will be weakened and don’t have their special abilities activated.

As for the enemies, their gimmick interacts with the filming zone and camera. There are enemies in the stage that inflict Nervous Impairment with each hit and are much tougher if they are not within the filming area. There are also enemies that place down special lighting equipment that can block the filming area, requiring players to destroy them to let the filming area’s light continue forward.

For this event, don’t forget to bring operators with the ability to heal off Elemental damage to deal with the Nervous Impairment debuff and operators with high defense to direct the Camera properly.

Throughout the event period, clearing and farming the event stages will reward players with special event exclusive currencies that they can use to exchange for items in the shop.

Additionally, upon clearing each stage and completing specific objectives, players can complete the different missions in the event to obtain additional event currencies and recruit the 5-star Caster Operator – Miss.Christine.

Arknights Act Or Die Missions

The event shop will feature various operator upgrading materials needed to upgrade both Tragodia and Miss.Christine, as well as a number of Headhunting Tickets, Miss.Christine’ Potential Tokens and event exclusive items like furniture and more.

Arknights Act Or Die Shop

Miss.Christine is the Act or Die Welfare Operator and is a 5-star Operator of the Primal Caster Archetype. She specializes in dealing extra damage to enemies that are under the Nervous Impairment debuff and inflicting the enemies with Nervous Impairment herself.

Arknights Miss.Christine

Miss.Christine abilities and skill kit revolves around the Elemental Damage type Nervous Impairment, which, when filled, makes the enemies take a large amount of Elemental Damage and make them Paralyzed for a set amount of time, rendering them unable to do anything. This makes Miss.Christine one of the perfect partners to go alongside Tragodia, who is an enabler for the Nervous Impairment Elemental Damage effect.

Miss Christine’s skills focuses on summoning special sensory spirits on the enemies’ location, dealing Arts damage to enemies in a zone throughout the skill’s duration and constantly inflicting them with Nervous Impairment. If the enemies are under the burst effect of Nervous Impairment, inflict additional arts damage to them.

Alongside the side story event Act or Die, a special rate up banner will be available for players to roll on, featuring the star of the show and the brand new 6-star Supporter Operator Tragodia.

Arknights Act Or Die Banner

Tragodia is a 6-star Operator of the Ritualist Supporter Archetype. He specializes in inflicting and enabling massive amounts of Nervous Impairment Elemental Damage on all enemies within his range, making them take massive amounts of Nervous Impairment Elemental damage and paralyzing them.

Arknights Tragodia

As a Ritualist Supporter, Tragodia’s abilities allow him to inflict a type of elemental damage on all enemies with each of his attacks, with his main elemental damage type being Nervous Impairment. Tragodia’s skill kit focuses on controlling the field and inflicting enemies with as many Nervous Impairment effects as possible.

Tragodia’s 2 main skills are his 3rd and 2nd skills, with special effects depending on how you use them, with his 2nd skill being more versatile to use overall but his 3rd skill being able to deal big Nervous Impairment damage.

Tragodia’s 2nd skill allows him to summon his cat familiar on the field. Within its attack range, all enemies, including bosses will be drawn towards the cat and take moderate amounts of Nervous Impairment damage while they move towards the cat. Once the enemies reach the cat, the cat will explode, dealing massive amounts of Nervous Impairment damage to all enemies within its attack range. This is Tragodia’s signature skill that allows him to be a universal character with a very powerful field control effect on demand.

Tragodia’s 3rd skill expands his attack range and allows him to set up a zone. Whenever enemies enter his attack zone, all of them will be inflicted with constant Arts and Nervous Impairment damage. If the enemies within the zone take Nervous Impairment Burst damage, the enemies will take additional Arts damage as well. This skill is Tragodia’s wave clearing skill, allowing him to deal big damage to large waves of enemies while also inflicting Nervous Impairment on all of them at the same time to hinder their abilities.

Yes. Absolutely. Tragodia is one of the strongest operators in the game thanks to his ability to enable the Nervous Impairment elemental damage type, one of the strongest elemental damage types in the game. Having him in your team opens up an entirely new way of playing the game. Aside from that, he is still a very solid character with strong damage modifiers and high self damage output, making him a very useful Operator to have in the game as a whole.
